		<description>You are absolutely right.  I feel the same way.  When I am manic and anxious my heart races, I am sick to my stomach, and so forth.  When I am depressed I feel like I have a bad case of the flu.  Those are real physical symptoms.  Or atleast they are to me.</description>

It is a term that has outlived it&#039;s usefullness, except for those who want to stigmatize.  It is an illness that affects thought, but that is in no way all that it is.  I don&#039;t experience my illness as a purely &quot;mental&quot; condition.  It affects every cell in my body and every facet of my life.</description>
